Enrollment Conditions I understand that:
Transportation will not be provided for my student.
Principals have the authority to revoke transfers due to population growth and/or student discipline/attendance violations.
Providing false information on this form may result in application being denied or transfer being revoked.
Approval is contingent on space availability for the school / grade level / program.
Priority open enrollment is given to students currently enrolled in PVSchools, children of employees, siblings of students currently enrolled in PVSchools, resident pupils, students in foster care, and students who meet the definition of unaccompanied youth prescribed in the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.
If capacity has been reached, students will be waitlisted. Prioritized students will be selected off of the waitlist first. If there are more prioritized students than there are openings, a lottery will be implemented for those prioritized students. Those not selected will remain on the waitlist. If there are no prioritized students on the waitlist, students will be selected based on the application submission timestamp.
Early Bird applications for the following school year are accepted at the district office from September 1st through December 1st. After staffing allocations have been completed, staff members will continue to accept applications based on classroom and program availability.
Open Enrollment applications for the following school year are accepted at the district office from September 1st through the final day of school of the current year. After staffing allocations have been completed, the District will continue to accept applications based on classroom and program availability.
